The search tool searches by keyword. You can add multiple keywords, but if you want to look for a phrase, put it in quotation marks eg. "hospital guide"

To use some features on this site, you will need to register. This is a simple process, and once you've completed the form you will be sent your access details by email. Just add these to the sign in boxes you will see when you go to MyDrFoster and the Hospital Survey. If you tick the Remember me box, you will not have to sign in when you next visit the site.
