Key Indicators Graphical System (KIGS)

Dr Foster Intelligence's (DFI) Key Indicators Graphical System (KIGS) tool helps managers to assess the relative performance of local authorities.

KIGS contains Performance Assessment Framework (PAF) Indicators which combine data from the following sources:

• Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC)
• Department for Education and Skills (DfES) returns
• Population and census data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS)

KIGS has been updated with:

• June 2006 population estimates
• September 2006 home care services data
• September 2006 staffing data
• 2006-07 outcomes of children looked after data

To view KIGS you will need the free Adobe SVG Viewer plugin installed on your computer. You will also need to register in order to receive a username and password to access KIGS.
